Giving Opportunities
The Iroquois Memorial Hospice Memorial Fund is extremely important in caring for our patients. Although Medicare, Medicaid and private insurances may provide benefits which cover the hospice care, there are those patients who exceed the benefits or those who do not have coverage. Since no one is refused care due to financial status, donations help cover the cost of their care. We appreciate the generous and vital support of our community.
Iroquois Memorial Hospice is the "Home" of the Illinois Hospice License Plate. By purchasing a plate, you contribute to the Illinois Hospice Fund distributed by means of grants for hospice services. $10 of issuance fee and $23 of the renewal fee will go to the Hospice Fund.
Iroquois Memorial Hospice gratefully accepts Donations and Memorials. They may be sent to or dropped off at the Iroquois Memorial Hospice office located in the Iroquois Regional Health Center, 200 Laird Lane, Watseka, IL 60970. To contact us, please call 815.432.0185. We appreciate your generous support.
A Memorial Garden is in the planning stage and the team is excited about its concept. Anyone wishing to make a donation for the garden, may do so by mailing their contribution and specifics to the Hospice Office, 200 Laird Lane Watseka, IL 60970.
Estate Planning and planning long term giving may be beneficial for donors which may reduce estate and probate costs. Your attorney or tax consultant can offer you the assistance and advice in making giving decisions that are in your best interest. Planned giving can benefit Iroquois Memorial Hospice through wills, trusts and other bequests.
