Share information with those we serve in an understandable manner (i.e., language, education level, etc.) and check for clarity
Base decisions on fact and reliable evidence
Maintain confidentiality and privacy of patients, residents and families
Speak up when a situation or event could negatively affect safety
Follow all regulatory requirements and procedures regarding safety
Avoid and immediately report all conflicts of interest or the appearance of conflicts of interest in any areas of employment
