Service Promises
Every day, we make a promise to the people we serve.
Our promise is to help them achieve their best health - in mind, body and spirit. It's a unique opportunity. And a humbling privilege.Iroquois Memorial Hospital is an independent partner of Presence Health, a health system of 22,000 employees, 4,000 physicians and more than 150 locations, that believes consistency is essential to success. Every interaction with patients, residents and families is a chance to exceed their expectations in ways that matter: things like a friendly welcome, clear information or a solution to a problem.
The people of Presence Health are Presence Health; there is no distinction in the minds of our patients, residents and families. So the manner in which we work matters greatly.
With our Service Promises as our guide, we are devoted to doing what's best and what's right.
These promises are inspired by the values of Presence Health: Honesty, Oneness, People, and Excellence.
