Healthcare is changing under the Affordable Care Act with focus on the overall health of the patient, also known as population health. Iroquois Memorial Hospital is embracing population health with CCO's, Community Care Organization.
Providers in the IMH Clinics together with IMH Care Coordinators will work together to keep our population healthy by being proactive regarding the patients physical, emotional, and behavioral health.

Support Services
Iroquois Memorial Hospital offers a full range of Support Services to complement our clinical and diagnostic services. From Support Groups to Community Education-IMH offers something for almost everyone.
Monthly Support Groups provide educational offerings and the opportunity to share experiences and learn from one another. Health Screenings and Educational Programming is offered on a regular basis to the general public. The Speaker's Bureau is available to community groups with health professionals well-versed on topics that range from wellness and prevention to disease specific issues. Area EMT's can stay current in their profession by attending monthly continuing education classes and annual PHTLS training. CEU certificates are provided to participants. To see a calendar of upcoming EMT Education classes, click here.
For those individuals looking for a volunteer experience, IMH offers a wide selection of opportunities. From in-service volunteers in the hospital, to hospice volunteers in the home, to workers in the Gift Shop, office assistants in the IMH Satellite Clinics-there is certain to be an opportunity to match your interests, talents and schedule.
Other volunteer avenues include joining the Auxiliary or Development Council. Their fund-raising, friend-raising and service projects help IMH to continue to grow, expand our services and fulfill our mission. Both organizations are invaluable assets to IMH.
A very special group of volunteers are the Hospital Chaplains. These individuals who represent a cross section of churches from throughout the region regularly visit hospitalized patients and they provide comfort and support to those in crisis.
