IMH Medical Staff Honored For Years of Service
March 30, 2015
WATSEKA, ILLINOIS - As part of the National Doctor's Day observation at Iroquois Memorial Hospital on March 30, 2015, two physicians were honored for their years of service of providing healthcare services the area.Honored with an engraved clock from the IMH Board of Trustees and hospital administration were Thomas Betlej, MD, Pathology, fifteen years; and Daniel Chase, MD, General Surgery, five years.
Dr. Betlej graduated from the University of Illinois College of Medicine, Chicago and completed his residency at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke's Medical Center, Chicago, Illinois. He is a member of the American Association for Clinical Chemistry, American College of Pathologists, American Society of Clinical Pathologists, and the Chicago Pathology Society.
Dr. Chase graduated from the University of Illinois School of Medicine, Urbana, Illinois. He completed his Internship and Residency at the Northside Medical Center, Youngstown, Ohio.
