Nutritional Counseling
Nutrition Counseling is offered at Iroquois Memorial Hospital by our Registered Dietitian Holly Isaac, RD. Holly graduated from Milford High School and completed her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics at the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana,
Holly's experience includes lifestyle coaching with the Veterans Administration. She has overseen the nutritional services for patients in long term and rehabilitation as well as in an eating recovery setting. She now translates these skills to focus on nutritious, age-appropriate recipes and education activities for her patients at IMH. Holly works one-on-one with patients who have special dietary needs related to conditions such as obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular, gastrointestinal and renal disease.
