Providers in the IMH Clinics together with IMH Care Coordinators will work together to keep our population healthy by being proactive regarding the patients physical, emotional, and behavioral health.

Orthotics and Prosthetics services provided by Kinetic O & P.
To make an appointment with one of our rehab professionals, please call our office at (815)432-2051. A prescription from your health care provider dated within the past 30 days is required.
Appointments for orthotics and prosthetics need to be made directly with Kinetic O & P at 815-401-7260. Kinetic O & P is at the IMH Rehab Services department on Thursdays.
