IMH Welcomes First Baby of the New Year!
Posted 01/03/2014Iroquois Memorial Hospital, an independent partner of Presence Health, is pleased to announce that the first baby of 2014 arrived on New Year's Day. Alexis Marie Kietzmann was born on 1/1/2014 at 7:39 PM. She weighed in at 8 lbs 3 oz and was 22 long. Her parents are Stacy Eden and Mitchell Kietzmann of Danforth. Alexis was delivered by longtime physician Dr. Philip Zumwalt.
Mom, dad and baby were presented with a number of gifts from the hospital including four cases of diapers and several items from the IMH Auxiliary Gift Shop including a baby blanket, onesie with matching hat, baby coat with a hood, several booties, teddy bear, picture frame, and photo album.
Alexis has three older brothers Dewayne Smith, Zane Smith and Cory Tumblin. They all live in Georgia.
