General Surgeon Joins IMH Medical Staff
WATSEKA, ILLINOIS - Officials at Iroquois Memorial Hospital are pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Tressa Taylor, general surgeon to the IMH medical staff. According to Chuck Bohlmann, IMH CEO, Dr. Tressa Taylor earned her BA from Washington University in St. Louis and continued her studies at the Chicago Medical School, Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Science in North Chicago, IL, where she received her Doctorate of Medicine.
Dr. Taylor completed her Internship and Residency at the University of Illinois at Chicago, Mount Sinai Hospital. She is certified in Laparoscopic Surgery and also provided training in the Fundamentals of Laparoscopic Surgery to other residents at Mount Sinai Hospital. Dr. Taylor has also conducted research and has had a number of her articles and research papers published.
"Dr. Taylor is a welcome addition to our medical staff," said Bohlmann. "She is looking forward to relocating to the Watseka area and becoming active in the community," said Bohlmann.
